Hi, my name is jeffrey Botticelli. I Am the expression whom Fortina Chocolate is created through, an Alchemical Dance of Love. I have been working closely and intimately with the Spirit of this amazing plant since 2006. Slowing down, listening and connecting have been three of the many important elements in the preparation of chocolate. It is through these elements and the activation of our senses that you will discover and feel the Truth and Magic of cacao. It is my purpose to provide for you the finest hand-crafted chocolates using the purist ingredients available from bean to bar. All chocolate is hand-crafted in small batches from the mixing and messaging of ingredients to the Movement of Tempering upon the stone. Chocolate is more than an experience, it’s a journey into the past and present cultures from Mexico to the Jungles of Central and South America flowing into Europe and North America. A True opening and illumination of the heart and mind for the Journey with Cacao is an explosion in Self and Discovery. Namaste~
